Be in trouble or be indifferent? Empty Be in trouble or be indifferent?

I just made this one as a topic for our debate in my English class. We were discussing about Nelson Mandela, and it was said that Nelson was willing to be in trouble for the sake of his people and also to attain peace. Now looking into the current context, the world has been full of problems and chaos. Doing things right and in integrity is difficult, especially that most of the people today are reward-driven. I want to know the responses of the people in here about this. Are you willing to be in trouble for the belief that you stand on, or stay indifferent, since nobody cares, and that what you are doing today means nothing to others?
